FITNESS REHAB:
Why Fitness “Rehab”? I want to “rehabilitate” those who believe the only way to lose weight, run further or get “ripped” is by doing more of the same. I believe diet, conditioning, flexibility, balance, cardio and strength training are necessary to achieve success in fitness, so I’ve created a schedule to reflect that philosophy.
My #1 goal for Fitness rehab is to grow a community of positive, hard-working, supportive teammates who are inspired and motivated by the success of their peers. In turn, I promise to do whatever I can to help you reach YOUR goal whether it be related to weight loss, finding your competitive edge, or just working out your frustrations one hour at a time.
