Protein Pancake

Ingredients:

  • 5 Egg whites
  • ¼ Cup blueberries
  • ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Stevia one packet or 2-3 drops
  • ½ Cup Original Fiber One cereal
  • ¼ Cup oatmeal
  • 5 Almonds

Directions:
Place all ingredients, in order, into blender or food processor. Blend until it reaches thoroughly and pour into non-stick skillet and cook on stove top like a pancake.
