Salmon Patties

Ingredients:

  • 1 14.5 oz. can salmon
  • 1 Egg, lightly scrambled (or egg substitute)
  • 12 Mary’s Gone Crackers Gluten Free Crackers
  • Calorie-free Non-stick cooking spray

Directions:
Put drained salmon in mixing bowl, add one lightly scrambled egg, and 6 crushed saltine crackers. Mix lightly. Shape w/hand (or ice cream scoop) into round shapes, flatten slightly, in medium hot skillet that’s been sprayed with cooking spray. Brown on one side, then the other.
Makes 6 patties.
