Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti Squash

Directions:
Preheat oven at 375 F
Cut squash in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeds and pulp like a pumpkin. Bake rind side up about 30 to 40 minutes at 375 F. Once cool enough to touch, shred innards with fork lengthwise in order to achieve the consistency of “spaghetti”!
