Tuna or Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2-5oz cans chunk light tuna in water or chicken breast, drained
  • 2 Medium celery stalks chopped
  • ½ Cup shredded carrot
  • 1 Medium chopped red pepper
  • ¼ Cup light mayonnaise
  • 3 Tablespoons non-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 Teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine tuna, celery, carrot, red pepper, mayo, yogurt, lemon juice, and ground pepper.
