Our mandatory New Member Orientation for the week of 2/20 will be Friday, 2/24 at 4:45PM. You can register for this class starting Monday, 2/20.

Although your membership is only valid for our Bootcamp program, you may use 2 of your punches for ANY other class. Our Strength Program runs on a 4-week cycle that incorporates, Super Setting/Giant Sets, Strength Training, Elastic Resistance and Circuit Training. Our Spin classes are challenging and road-specific; all of our Spin trainers are avid road cyclists. Fitness Rehab’s Heightened Yoga™ is like no other Yoga class! It is performed on TRX straps with a padded safety strap for a barefoot option. The Conditioning classes focus on improving overall fitness through any combination of core training, Power Lifting, Olympic Lifting, and bodyweight exercises.

Fitness Rehab requires New Member Orientation to kick-off your success. At that time, you will receive your punch card, fill out liability waivers and the staff will review common exercises and how perform them properly, meal plans, techniques for tracking success, and a whole lot more! • 2012 Fight For Air Climb March 24 The Fight for Air Climb is a fundraising “vertical road race” where teams and individuals race to the top of the 612 steps of the Wells Fargo Center, the tallest building in Sacramento. Use this event as a fun way to raise money for an important cause or to jump start your New Year’s fitness program. All bootcamp classes are great preparation for this event.

• NPC/IFBB Governor’s Cup March 24 Calling all Fitness, Figure and Bikini competitors! Preparation for this contest buckles down January 1st.

• The Granite Bay Duathlon is a run-bike-run format race – 4 mile run, 13 mile bike, 4 mile run, with the bike course all on closed roads, and both runs on scenic trails. You can also race the shorter Super Sprint Duathlon with its 2 mile run – 6.5 mile bike – 2 mile run, either instead of with the Granite Bay Duathlon! Our Annual Weight Loss Program has started!!!
Since we are all not the competitive type, this is the first year we are offering an 8-week weight loss program WITHOUT the pressure of competition! This year’s weight loss program comes complete with:
8 one-week meal plans,
10 video workouts,
15 workout downloads,
and extra recipes for added variety.
HOWEVER, if you are the competitive type, you will have an opportunity to win a 7-day trip to Xtreme Hotel in the Bahamas, complete with trapeze lessons each day!!!. Our weekly meetings will be fun, informative and sometimes grueling to keep the competitors and non-competitors on track.
