Orientation for week of 5/13 is Monday, 5/14 at 5:30PM.
Fitness Rehab requires New Member Orientation to kick-off your success. At that time, you will receive your membership card, fill out liability waivers and the mentor staff will review the various programs we offer, common exercises, and answer questions from a participant’s standpoint. Please go to the “Schedule” tab and search the Monday schedule. We have orientations every Monday at 5:30PM and USUALLY every Saturday at 10:15AM. This SATURDAY 5/19 IS CANCELLED. You will be able to register for Monday orientation starting Sunday at midnight.

Yes, if you have been to Fitness Rehab before and are NOT currently a member, you are a new member and you MUST attend New Member Orientation like everyone else; however, you can leave after you have filled out your information and received your new card.

Big changes are happening for the summer!!! We’ve applied for our CrossFit affiliate, so expect to see CrossFit classes on the schedule—soon! We have new equipment coming in and some minor construction and re-arranging to do before it’s arrival this month, so please forgive the mess. We have added more evening spin classes on Monday and Wednesday evenings AND 50/50 Bootcamp classes with more to come!

NEW Bootcamp Program! 50/50 Bootcamp
Debbie’s 50/50 Bootcamp is doing awesome–every Tuesday/Thursday night has been one big sweaty party! If you have a mom, dad or a friend who needs help but is intimidated by “the gym scene”, invite them for a First-Time Free workout—I promise Debbie will show them that fitness can be fun! Grouponers, although your membership is only valid for our Bootcamp program, you may use 2 of your punches for ANY other class. Our Strength Program runs on a 4-week cycle that incorporates, Super Setting/Giant Sets, Strength Training, Elastic Resistance and Circuit Training. Our Spin classes are challenging and road-specific; all of our Spin trainers are avid road cyclists. Fitness Rehab’s Heightened Yoga™ is like no other Yoga class! It is performed on TRX straps with a padded safety strap for a barefoot option. The Conditioning classes focus on improving overall fitness through any combination of core training, Power Lifting, Olympic Lifting, and bodyweight exercises. Remember, you must “redeem classes in full by 5/30/12″.

Upcoming Training Events at Fitness Rehab–We Have Something for EVERYONE
• April 14th marks the 13th annual Granite Bay Duathlon is a run-bike-run format race – 4 mile run, 13 mile bike, 4 mile run, with the bike course all on closed roads, and both runs on scenic trails. You can also race the shorter Super Sprint Duathlon with its 2 mile run – 6.5 mile bike – 2 mile run, either instead of with the Granite Bay Duathlon!
